Isotope Studies in Animal Ecology

Description
This summary of nearly 500 websites, 200 journal articles, and 111 isotope labs from throughout the world presents a unique opportunity to learn about the latest use of stable isotopes in determining geographic identity for vertebrates.

The searchable MS Access database focuses on North American taxa but includes information from around the world. The database was prepared in partnership with Dr. Edgard Espinoza (U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Fish and Wildlife Forensic Laboratory) as a means of the Forensic lab evaluating the use of stable isotopes in forensic cases.

Click here to download the Isotope Database (~7MB) and its Help File. Put the Help file in the same directory as the downloaded database.
